Creative Visualization Each telephone session lasts approximately 30 minutes. The first 10 will be spent communicating the issue. I will then guide you into a calm, focused meditation that allows you create the scenario you want in your mind. Eventually you will carry these pictures with you. Creative visualization has been used in the following ways: MRIs – “I used CV to make my cells dance along with the clicking. It was quite an international dance festival inside me!” Bad Boss – "I have created scenes in my mind that allow me to anticipate my boss’ behavior which keeps me ahead of him." New Love – "I actually believe that I conjured up my husband. I got to the place in my life where I knew exactly what qualities I wanted and created that reality." Emerging Business – "I know what my business life will look like. I need support to get from here to there." Health – "I spend 10 minutes a day focused on a part of my body which is of concern. I finish the visualization and I feel more connected to health." Costs: Each 30 minute phone session is $45. Discount is given for ten sessions or more.
